Summary

The project will be implemented on 01/03/2019 - 30/04/2020, it involved the participation of four volunteers from Serbia and Spain in a long-term volunteer project organized by GENÇ GİRİŞİM EĞİTİM GENÇLIK VE SPOR KULÜBÜ DERNEĞİ (Young Initiative Education, Youth, And Sports Club Association-YISC) operating in Ankara, Turkey.
Finally, the project was implemented by four volunteers:

4) Daniele Riccardi 11/12/2019 07/06/2020
As an accredited organization for (Hosting, Coordinating, and Sending) we want to provide an to offer opportunities to young people to join our project, to develop themselves, contribute to the area they feel confident in, and take initiatives to implement their own ideas.
This project is aiming to build a relationship of locals with sports activities as an important social tool for having a healthy and inclusive life. The volunteers will give their contribution in this regard. The volunteers that we are going to host, will be involved in activities which offer them a personal development and same time contribution in local society by involving them and raising awareness.
The volunteers that we are willing to host will take part in the planned activities which are fitting with their interests and abilities.
The overall project aims to:
- Raise awareness about sport in our society;
- Get a large number of people introduced with Erasmus+ program and its limitless opportunities;
- Get locals involved as much as possible;
- Raise cultural awareness through having an intercultural environment;
- Extend Network at the organizational and community level;
The number of volunteers will be 4 volunteers. 2 volunteers will join long term projects, each of them for 6 months at the same time.
The participants will be from (Serbia and Spain).
Our partner in this project is(City of Nis Basketball Association (SERBIA) and ASOCIACION ARRABAL AID (SPAIN).
The main activities that the volunteers will be doing are:
- YISC administrative and office work (learning the use of tools and materials related to non-formal education);
- Organizing Cultural events (conference, seminars, art exhibitions, sports activities) ;
- Organizing a workshop on outdoor activities(sports activities where involving locals);
- Take Turkish lessons two times per week in a total of 5 hrs;
- Organize activities with school children;
- Prepare presentations about Erasmus+ (YiA);
- Intercultural activities (programs and projects of youth mobility, education of international topics, promotion of different cultures in Turkey;
- National cultures/language workshop(presentations bout their own culture);
- School activities with children /preparing presentations in schools (video, PowerPoint, etc.)
